How a challenge works
- Create a challenge and copy the link. No accounts — everyone just picks a nickname.
- Everyone plays the same ladder, on their own time. The start word stays hidden and the clock starts only when you press Start.
- Compare results on the round leaderboard. Once you've finished, you can see everyone's ladders.
- Deal the next round and keep going. Group standings add up wins, par-or-better rounds and average score.
- Share a result card — a picture of your rank, steps and time, ready for the group chat.
Ranking rules
Each round is ranked by steps (fewer is better), then hints used, then time from Start to POOP. Overall standings rank players by rounds won, then rounds finished at par or better, then average steps over par. Results are checked on the server, so every ladder on the board is legal.
Good to know
- Your nickname and results are stored with the challenge so friends can see them. Nothing else is collected.
- Your spot is linked to this browser. Playing on another device counts as a new player.
